I need to cancel my sons phone contract, please can you as on how to do it?

I believe you can use the iD app for that.

Try the app, and then the following:

Top Left Menu > My Account > My Plan > Manage My Plan > Thinking of Leaving? > Switch or Cancel Now.

Hey @James Curtis,

As @legerdemain, correctly advised, this can be done in the app.

You can also get a PAC code by texting the words PAC followed by your date of birth in the format DDMMYY to 65075.

Then use the PAC code to cancel and keep the number.

OR

You can get a STAC code by texting STAC then the Date of birth as above DDMMYY to 75075 and use this code to cancel without keeping the number.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately I cannot get the code from my sons phone as it’s broke in order to open the app, also I have an app connected to my other sons phone.
