How to end my contract.

I would like to know how to end my plan due to me not wanting to upgrade.

I believe you can use the iD app for that.

Try the app, and then the following:

Top Left Menu > My Account > My Plan > Manage My Plan > Thinking of Leaving? > Switch or Cancel Now.
