I want to cancel but don't have any details

I don’t have any info related to my accounts that I need to get onto the account to be able to cancel. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks for the reply

I can provide you with Name and address

The system knows me as it sent me an email to let me know my monthly bill was ready.

I bet it would not be that hard if I stop the payment to get the dtails.
