I want to cancel my contract as it is no longer required but the link on the app etc just says under construction 

 

Hello @dwdevlin,

You can also cancel by the following:

Text PAC to 65075 from the iD SIM

Or 

STAC to 75075 

 

Then give that code to your new network. PAC if you wanted to keep the number, STAC if you did not want to keep the number.

Your new provider will either request the number (PAC) or tell us you have left (STAC) and we’ll release the number to them (PAC) thus cancelling, or (STAC) cancel the account as you’ve switched.
