I want to cancel my contract after it expires

Sorry to hear you won’t be renewing.

If you want to keep the number, then simply get a PAC code and use it after the 7th June.

The number switches networks and cancels the contract.

You can also use a STAC code instead if you want to switch without keeping the number the same way.

Alternatively, you can submit a 30-day disconnection via the account which cancels in 30-days time.
