I have had a sim with yous for approx 2 years, I have never used it but I need to cancel the contract.
I haven't got access to the account and I no longer have the sim card
I have tried live chat, Facebook messenger and various numbers and I am not getting anywhere I am at the point where I am going to log a complaint and go to the ombudsman if I don't get this sorted - oh but even logging a complaint you have to jump through hoops to do too I would email the ceo of the company but if this is anything to go by he won't respond either.
Extremely frustrated by this and the lack of customer service
