PAC code troubles

Hi, I'm trying to port my number from ID to another network. I have requested my PAC code 3 times yesterday and once today by texting 65075 and it keeps coming up with "Your PAC code is ********* and It expires on 2020-12-13....."  Unsurprisingly the code doesn't work because it's expired. Why am I being sent an out of date code on 6th Jan 2021 which expired in Dec of last year?  Can I have a proper code please which hasn't expired? Thank you.
