I took my 9ld phone on holiday and had my ne ID SIM in it. I ve lost the phone. I need a new SIM issuing and to block my old phone as it has a lot personal financial info on it.
Hi I have lost my phone in Spain at the weekend. It is an older unlocked phone that I put my ID SIM card in. I want to block the old phone and it not to affect the phone I have on the ID contract. I have reported it missing the phone is suspended but it said to contact ID if the phone is not the contracted one.
I also need a new SIM , I don't know how to do it and quite honestly I'm getting fed up of reading articles or previous comments when just peaking to an adviser would sort quickly. When I press live chat message keeps coming up that the attempt was cancelled.. very frustrating.
