Mobile data stopped working iPhone SE

My data hasn’t worked for the last month, I’ve just renewed and have 10.00 GB usage left but it’s not working. I tried to just use 3G and have restarted my phone but still no use. I’m currently living in Leeds (LS6), don’t know if that makes a difference.

Hi @olihughes99,

I’m sorry to hear that! In regards to troubleshooting, please go to your Settings and then try and find a Profiles option. Ensure that there are no other networks listed; delete them if so.

You can also try this afterwards: Go to Settings > General Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If those don’t help, can you confirm your postcode so we can check for any local issues?

Hi Ryan, unfortunately this didn’t work.

I live in the LS6 are of Leeds.

Hi @olihughes99, I can see there’s been some congestion on the masts in your area since October 24th, but it doesn’t explain why you’ve been without data for an entire month. Are you able to try the SIM in a different device, or try a different SIM in your device? I’m just trying to determine where the issue lies.
