I have not been able to get to anyone in live chat, I have had to cancel the direct debit to stop losing money.
I have no ID Mobile account as the sim is unused and unopened.

We are sorry to hear this. We can confirm the sim you had ordered will have been activated when the sim was despatched. Regardless of using the sim or not, you will still be charged for the sim and billed accordingly. We would also like to advise that cancelling the Direct Debit would only mean you’ve switched to the option of paying your bills manually now. We will send you a Private Message now so we can assist with cancelling your sim.
