Incorrect charge

Hi, 

I have just joined ID mobile and it says there is a extra charge on my phone of 99p for calling 686.

This was by accident and isn't a real number. I can see the charge explained In the billing explained section. But surely this is a mistake? I would understand of this was an actual number?

I want to know of this charge will be refunded as it never connected and isn't a number.

But I also want to know if this will happen again in future if numbers are dialed accidentally?

Unfortunately, we would be unable to remove the charge here. However, going forward, you can set a Cap to 0 through your iD account which will ensure you do not get charged outside your tariff.
