Placed an order - but want to cancel it now

Hi

 

I placed an order 3 hours ago which I want to cancel.  

I had an email that it would take a few days to sort out before delivery.

 

How do i cancel - tried phoning 0333 0048064 which is a number from a document mentioned on confirmation email - which phones through to talkmobile on vodafone!
