I have just got a new Samsung A10 on 27.4.20 and i have just downloaded a software update today 1.5.20
However I can no no longer connect to my WiFi at home?
The password is correct but it says there is an authentication error?
I have reset the phone to factory settings but that has not worked and i am now being charged for data...help...
