I’ve had my account mysteriously suspended, even though payment is via direct debit. The May payment simply wasn’t taken, and now my phone doesn’t work, and I can’t log into my account to contact anyone, as it seems my whole account has been suspended?
Anyone know who on earth I can contact for help?
I’m out of the country, looking after a very sick parent, and this is just one more stress that I don’t need.
The chatbot doesn’t want to know, and I can’t seem to get any contact with anyone.
Any ideas please?
