View originalThe mobile number quoted is the same for voicemail services on iD, SMARTY, and Three UK. I suspect iD voicemail service is operated and managed by Three UK (their network partner).
Seems users are being migrated to a new voicemail system, so you might need to set-up text alerts again - looks like menu option 5 > option 1 might turn on text alerts.
