Has anyone else in the last month just run out of data? 
I have 2 sims- and they both ran out. That has never happened before. 
Before I leave this network does anyone have a clue what’s going on?

Have you checked your usage via the iD Mobile app?

If you handset also has the data usage via the settings app you can check what data has been used on.

If you think that the data usage is incorrect, please let us know and we can PM you to investigate.
