Hi I’ve tuck a new pay as you go sim card out £20 was meant to go out my bank but it’s tuck 3 lots of £20,Is there anyone I can speak to over this?

Unfortunately @robbie1962, iD Mobile don’t have a telephone support helpline.

In addition, the iD community isn’t real time live chat, and iD staff usually only read user posts in this forum once a day. 

If you’re after immediate help, you could try the online iD Mobile live chat service, or contact iD using Facebook Messenger, or X (Twitter) DM, for assistance. 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
