Bundle credit not appearing

Hello,

I have ordered a new pay as you go sim card with £15 top up. It has arrived and been activated but shows I have no top up? The money has left my bank so that is not the case.

For a quick answer to your question, use the Live Chat option to speak to an iD agent.

The team are available to answer queries from 9am – 8pm Monday – Friday and 9am – 6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. 

Once connected , type “talk to a person” to get an agent - this avoids the annoying 24/7 chat-bot.

If you don’t mind waiting, someone from iD will respond in this forum in due course.
