bundle error

I ran out of my bundle. I topped up this morning, it took my money but didn't give me anything. I bought a bundle not credit. I need to be able to use the phone. I missed a day's work because of this

Have you spoken to our Live Chat Team since posting here regarding this?

If not, did the bundle eventually show that same day?  Or credit even?

Is it showing on your bank account that a payment for a top-up definitely went through?
