Camcel rolling contract

I need to cancel my rolling contract. I bought a SIM as a safety backup for my daughter but it is incompatible with the basic device she has. I can't log in or access links displayed elsewhere to see info on this. I don't know the number of this SIM card either.

Please advise so the card is cancelled.

Okay @Julie Anne Mhs, if it’s a pay-as-you-go SIM, then if you do nothing it will be automatically cancelled (disconnected) after 6-months. 

If you’ve got a recurring (auto-repeat) bundle with your PAYG SIM, just turn OFF the automatic renewal.

If it’s a pay-monthly SIM, you’ll need to use the iD live chat to speak to an agent and give 30-days notice to cancel the plan.

If you have a contract and you wish to cancel your plan without switching to another network, simply: 

  1. Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online 

  2. Go to the My Account page and tap Thinking of Leaving

  3. Click Switch or Cancel Now 

  4. Choose Cancel my iD plan and follow the instructions

If you wish to move the number to a different network, using your old SIM, text PAC to 65075. Your PAC will then be sent to you by text.
