I have some changes in my plan coming up. Since I was unable to contact I'd mobile after trying for days I have decided to leave. I have returned my handset and need to know the status of my account. Am I automatically on pay as to go? What rate am I operating on? What will my final bill look like? What is my contract status. Quite frustrated I cannot contact these people I need to move on to a better provider smh.

Unless you’ve got a 24-month minimum term handset contract, you’ll need to wait until the contract minimum term finishes, before you see upgrade options when signed-in to your iD account.
A 24-month minimum term handset contract allows you the privilege of upgrading within the last 60-days of your minimum term.
