I've purchased a bundle and it's showing on the app as unlimited calls, but I cannot make calls, message says I have reached my cap limit. What to do?

Ask one of the iD Mobile live chat agents to take a look at your iD account @John Feil. 

The chat agents work until 8pm weekdays.
