cant make some local calls

I’m trying to call local taxi, takeaway places but I can’t, I can make some calls to other places don’t understand why ? Thanks

Sorry to hear this, is your bill cap at £0? We may be blocking what we’d believe is a potential chargeable number, however if you’re confident it wouldn’t be a chargeable calls, we’d recommend raising the bill cap above £0 and trying again.

 

What happens when you attempt to make the call?
