Hi I made a manual payment on the 29th but your trying to take a bill I paid today can this be stopped

Hi @Swarley81 

Do you have an active direct debit? Even though you may have made a manual payment, the direct debit payment will still be taken if active. This will mean your account will most likely be in credit and your next direct debit may not be as high as your usual monthly payment.
