End of 24 month contract

Hello,

My father’s 24-month contract ends in March. Can he ask for a new (and better) deal with ID? Or must he keep his current deal if he stays? Is there a deadline (prior to the end of contract date)?

Hi @frankie123 

Your father can certainly upgrade his plan to a better deal. If he is not wanting to change the phone and would like to change the tariff to a better plan and price, then you can log into the iD app and check all available upgrade deals and plan changes. If you choose to go ahead with this method, the number will remain the same and the tariff will change. If you are wanting to do a Sim upgrade then you will need to wait nearer to the time when the contract is due to finish. If you choose not to upgrade or change your plan, then the existing tariff will remain the same and continue as normal.
