Final demand notice

I have received a final demand notice for my son however this was a sim only deal. There is no record of the number as he used it only for his iPad to call his grandmother.  The network had no coverage in her area so we cancelled the account.  Would love to pay this final demand but can’t talk to anyone as we don’t know what the phone number was!!!!!!

Please advise how I can pay this with no number to give you.  My account number is XXXXX.  Thank you.  Diane McCulloch Thomson.

please note I received this bill dated the 09/09/2021 today…..it gives 7 days notice and today is already 17/09/2021?
 

please just tell me how I can pay.
