I paid my bill on March 22nd for unlimited calls and data, a week ago my sim stopped working, no internet or calls even text messages wouldn’t come through. When I use the phone number it says my balance is empty then says there’s a system error or something and hangs up. My online account also says my balance is full and untouched. I tried clicking on Live Chat but they say the system is down. I am completely dependent on my sim card I’ve been left in the wilderness all week with nobody available. I have had to pay for a second sim card and hot spot it just to come online and ask this. Please help. :/
