I have been sent an email requesting to pay a bill, however I can not log in as my account is not recognised for some reason (I have had to make new account to write this) the email has given me a number to phone but all staff have been sent home due covid and live chat does not work.
I cannot seem to find any contact to talk to someone. I would like to cancel my ID network service.
Can anyone help please?
