I bought a bundle but its not activated

I got a txt saying at midnight UK my bundle would run out. I tried to buy a bundle on the app and it wouldn’t work. So I tried again on my web browser, it took the payment this time but it’s not showing anywhere on my id account and my bundles run out :( I’m on my daughters hot spot :/ please can someone help asap? Thanks
