I cant log into my ID mobile account please help

I haven’t registered and it keeps saying my last name is wrong. I really need help logging in to my account and I don’t understand why this happening please help.

Use the online live chat service (https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat) to get help accessing your iD account.

Alternatively get in-touch using Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), and ask the agents for help with your iD account.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays - good luck @Kaaho Omer.

If you haven’t registered logging in won’t work.

 

When registering make sure that all fields are filled in correctly as the details will need to be as they are on our side.
