I cant upload a new card

I have tried to top up my sim but it won’t let me upload a new card & keeps saying try again later. How do I sort this out so that I can use my internet!

I’m sorry to hear this, are you topping up or adding a bundle?

 

Have you tried logging into your iD Mobile account via the website instead of the app? Or visa versa.
