As other users have experienced, my sim is locked and my phone won’t recognise it since being abroad in a country where i couldn’t use it.
As a result i’ve had to buy a new sim to keep me going, as there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to get a new sim from ID.
How do i get one? the live chat will not recognise this as a situation which seems odd.
