Hi I was just wondering if anyone was able to help me , I've been trying to contact iD mobile for three days but I haven't recieved the right information.
I recently upgraded from a pay as you go sim to a contract -both from I'd mobile- and I would like to keep my old phone number ,is this possible?
I have also phoned carphone warehouse, where I purchased the new sim, I was given a separate email to the one on this website, however its unavailable.
