Lost my mobile number ( and phone not on contract) and need to set up an account or register for the app so I can pay a final bill. How do I do it.

In order to register your account online you would require the SIM card so that you can receive the security code.
If you would like further assistance with your final bill we can help via PM. We can also assist with blocking the handset and the SIM.
We’ll shortly send you a Private Message to your Community account so we can discuss your issue further.
To access your messages, click your profile picture in the top right hand corner and then click ‘Private Messages’.
