I have been told that I had till Wednesday the 27th of September 2023 to put some money in to my account to pay the outstanding amount. I have not been very well and I can't get out till Wednesday. I was told that I could still use my phone and make calls and send a tex message but I can't do either. Can you please help me
I need my phone on for work but don’t get paid till Friday I did chance my payment date but you have still tryed taking it an cut me off

If your invoice was already produced the payment date change would take affect after your next invoice is produced.
Please let us know if you want to extend the payment date until 26th January and we can PM you.
