Hi, I currently have zero signal, bars, 4g, I’ve turned data on/off, turned my phone on and off, put the sim in another phone all not working,
please help

If the SIM doesn’t work in two different mobile phones, it sounds like you’ve got a damaged, faulty, or inactive SIM card
A replacement iD SIM card might fix the issue.
