old nukber not transferring

I’ve changed sim over to you and it’s not letting me transfer my old number even though I have put in all information including PAC code

We are sorry about the issues that you have had.

Please can you ensure that your transaction number starts with a 4 and your surname is in all capitals (although this shouldn’t matter but it may be the issue).
