old number not transferring to new ID sim - transfer date of 32nd may given which doesnt exist

Hi

 

I got a new phone and ID pay monthly SIM on Tuesday. The man in Currys said he set the request to transfer my old number, and I also got a text saying ID were working on my request to transfer number. However, it's 2 days later now and nothing has changed yet, on the ID mobile app it also says my transfer day is 32nd May, which doesn't actually exist.
