A number from old contract 5 years ago showing in app. I used existing email and pword. New sim is not showing in app. Any way round this?

Did you transfer your number to iD Mobile this time
From the few details posted, it sounds like you ‘old’ iD account might never have have been cancelled.
Ni I have not transfered a number this time. Yes, it looks like it should have been cancelled. Had I known I'd have started a new account. Thing is my email address is same as 5 years ago, so I logged in with it. Can't find how to contact re:new sim number now.
Your new iD SIM card is already active and ready to use.
If you call or text, a friend or family member, you can get your iD mobile number by asking them - good luckÂ
I know my new number it's in the opening emails to me. What are you saying I do with it being known? Contacting someone? Who? How?
