PAC code not working ??

Hi all,

 

trying to input PAC code to swap my old number over to ID mobile

 

transaction number (starting in a 4) is correct

PAC code from Plusnet is correct 

 

all other details are correct 

 

keep getting error : 

 

We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.

 

any ideas ?! Thank you..

Brill, thanks, that fixed it for me.

Hi,

 

having the same issue. Have tried using all caps. all lower case & capital first letter for my surname. None have worked. I cleared my cache as well, just in case.

PAC, both phone numbers & transaction codes are all correct. 

Not sure what else to try?

If you got your iD Mobile plan at Carphone Warehouse the transaction won’t start with a “4”, and the PAC submission will fail.

It should be possible to submit your PAC by sending the iD Mobile social media support team a private message using facebook or Twitter, otherwise try the online iD live chat service.

I didn’t. My trans code starts with a 4 & I ordered online
