I have tried to switch my number from ee to ID mobile but it not working ? Any help possible?

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).
Get in-touch using iD live chat, otherwise try contacting the iD social media customer support team privately by using Facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).
They should be able to look at your iD account and assist with your PAC submission.
