I purchased a pay as you go bundle and my data allowance is finished. I’m trying to get a new data allowance but it looks like there is no option for that. So how do I get a new data allowance to use?

There should be options in the iD Mobile app/website to purchase a new bundle or top up, have you registered and checked this?
