I have ordered pay as you go sim on Thursday 19 January, but still haven't received any email other than reference number, for delivery details. And also how long will I have to wait, as it was mentioned that royal mail will deliver within 3-5 working days??

Guess the 5 working days would be 20th, 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th January.
Any emails in your Junk or Spam folders
No, they haven't updated me regarding the details of delivery.. I have checked spam and junk folders also

Okay, so if you haven’t received your PAYG order by 26th Jan, you might need to contact the iD telesales team.
You can contact them on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours - have your Order Number ready.
