PAYG Sim expired before 90 / 365 Days

Morning

I’ve inadvertently left a PAYG for more than 90 days without using it. Is that number now retrievable? Happy to top up, but can’t figure out how if the Sim is inactive

I’m happy to pay again, but have an old iphone linked to the phone number so could do with reviving it if possible somehow?
