I’ve tried to buy a new bundle or even just top up my pay as you go sim on the app and online. when doing this on the app i just get a white screen that says ‘please try again’ 

and when doing it online it says ‘oops looks like something went wrong please try again later’

i now have no data or ability to call and text anyone as my first bundle ran out. i need to know how to fix this issue so i am able to either buy a new bundle or top up my phone.

Hi @morganx 

 

I’d recommend double checking that all details in the iD Mobile app such as your name and address are all correct and match the bank account you’re using to top up/purchase a bundle.

 

Please use the address search feature when inputting your address.
