I’ve tried to buy a new bundle or even just top up my pay as you go sim on the app and online. when doing this on the app i just get a white screen that says ‘please try again’
and when doing it online it says ‘oops looks like something went wrong please try again later’
i now have no data or ability to call and text anyone as my first bundle ran out. i need to know how to fix this issue so i am able to either buy a new bundle or top up my phone.
