Hello my account got suspended but I’ve made a payment and my phone is still not working. I’m currently working from home and need my phone

Yes I have I was told to send a screenshot of the payment. When I spoke with the live chat agent I was told to wait 24hours it’s been 48 hours plus since then an I haven’t received a reply
