Hi all, I have recently switched from O2 to id, and I wanted to give positive feedback, but this quite a task because all communication is geared towards complaints, issues etc.

i paid considerably more, with O2, for a continually “buffering” G4 signal, I did my research and found the “3” network  best (from colleagues)and I now have uninterrupted signal at a fraction of the cost of O2.

please make it easier to give positive feedback , I am delighted with this package.

i hope you add a “praise” button to your Live Chat options, what do you think?
