my contract was ending in June and i received a call from ID Mobile asking if i wanted to upgrade my contract to a SIM and pay less but will the same amount of mins, text and data that i currently had which i agreed too. However, ever since i got the message that my SIM was active it looks like a my SIM is unavailable. i can’t recieve or make calls, texts and use mobile data.Â

If you haven’t paid your bill, your iD SIM will still work but you won’t have any allowances to use for calls, texts and mobile data.
The other possibility is your SIM is broken or faulty, or it’s inactive for some reason.
I’d suggest contacting customer service, so they can look at your iD account.
Do this using the iD online live chat, Facebook Messenger, or Twitter DM.
The agents work until 6pm at weekends (8pm on weekdays). Â

I joined Sim only in March 23 on what I believed was a 1 year contract.  The app states the contract end date was April 23 - I believe this is a mistake.Â
And I've been paying my bill every month..
I'll try live chat - however that works
