Hey @Raymondo,

Test the SIM in another device.

Failing that, it may be worth getting a replacement SIM.

  I had lost my sim and got a new replacement one which is not working in my same device I phone 15 pro max an error ‘’Sim failure’’ on screen appears what I need to do please let me know I am very disturbed because of it .
