Sim only card delivered

Hi. 

 

I have just upgraded from a contract to a sim only  deal for 12 months. My app shows the upgrade correctly and what my monthly payment will be.. I've just received a new sim card.. Do I still need to use this? As mentioned it's already showing the upgrade on my current sim.. Many thanks

Hello @Lianne1983 

We do send ou new SIM cards when customers upgrade.

All you need to do is activate your SIM card via the iD Mobile app when you log in.

Thank you.. So do I need to swap the sim cards over, or can I use my current one that's already in my phone?

Hi @Lianne1983 

If you SIM card is working ok, then you can keep using the SIM which is already in your phone.

Please keep the new SIM card as you may want to activate the card at a later date.
